Promotion Solution

Promotion is very important for retailers to attract customers to their stores and to make sure they reach their sales-targets. The Promotion Solution is designed to facilitate promotion-management end-to-end, from planning and selection of promotions to the execution and evaluation.

The promotion calendar helps clients manage the annual promotion planning, integrating marketing perspective (campaigns and themes) and the commercial perspective (so called promotion-expressions). This way, clients can easily create and manage their promotion-planning, where all relevant perspectives are taken into consideration.

The category-managers are the ones that decide which promotions will be held. The promotion-selection module makes it very easy to configure a promotion and link the right products. As part of this flow the insights for the PRIME promotion-effectiveness algorithm are used to show the results of previous promotions, to make sure that bad promotions from the past are not repeated, and that only successful promotions are selected.

Once selected, the solution guides the preparation, execution and evaluation of promotions. As a result, all relevant information stays up-to-date, promotions are executed in the proper way, and learnings for the future are captured to increase performance even further.
